Illustrative reduction in status meetings

Shared workspace for the team
The challenge
Nimvale doubled its team in a year. Plans still lived in one person's head, and every project ran on a weekly status meeting where people mostly read updates out loud. By Thursday, half of those updates were already out of date.
Updates that write themselves
The operations team set up one shared Felmio workspace for every project. Each piece of work got a status, an owner and a due date, and simple automations posted changes to the team channel as they happened. Instead of asking for an update, people could open the board and see it.
Fewer meetings, same clarity
Nimvale cut its status meetings by about a third and kept the ones left for real decisions. New hires found their way around in days, not weeks, because the plan was written down in one place instead of spread across calls.
