The challenge
Farnelo's product team kept its roadmap in one tool, specs in another and delivery updates in a third. Every month-end report meant copying numbers between six places and hoping nothing changed halfway through.
Plans and progress, side by side
The team connected its existing tools to Felmio, so files, tickets and release notes landed next to the plan they belonged to. Each roadmap item showed its own progress, and the monthly report became a saved view instead of a spreadsheet.
Reports in half the time
Reporting took about half as long, and the numbers matched what the team actually shipped. When leadership asked how a feature was going, the product lead shared a link instead of writing a summary from memory.
