The challenge
Desk Harbor is a small product studio that manages feedback for three client teams. Requests arrived through calls, forms and chat threads, and the same idea often showed up three times under three names. Every week, someone spent most of a day just sorting.
One Monday ritual
The team moved every request into one Felmio workspace and grouped similar feedback by topic. Each Monday at 09:00 they reviewed the new items together, gave each one an owner and agreed on the next step. Anything without an owner went back to the inbox instead of disappearing.
Four weeks later
Sorting dropped from about five and a half hours a week to two. Almost every request had a clear owner, and the team closed 18 requests in 30 days. Clients stopped asking where their feedback went, because the answer was already in the shared view.
